1. Order

1.1 Do you have a same-day delivery service? +
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Contact WhatsApp (+91) 9406-942-520 between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (except Sundays).
1.2 How much time does delivery take? +
Delivery takes 5–7 working days for major cities and 7–10 working days for other locations. Orders ship from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
1.3 How do I cancel my order? +
Email thesaras.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91) 9406-948-520 with Order ID before dispatch.
1.4 Can I change items in my order? +
Orders cannot be modified. You can cancel and place a new order.
1.5 How do I use a discount code? +
Enter voucher code on Cart page before checkout.
1.6 How will I know my order is confirmed? +
You will receive an email confirmation after successful payment.

We accept prepaid & COD via Razorpay – cards, UPI, net banking & wallets.
2.2 How long does refund take? +
Refunds are credited in 3–5 working days.
2.3 Do you offer Cash on Delivery? +
Yes, COD available with ₹50 extra charge.

Contact us within 2 days via WhatsApp or email with order details.
3.2 Can I return after two days? +
Contact support with product images for assistance.
3.3 How long does return take to reach warehouse? +
Returns take 10–12 business days.

4.1 What is slim fit or regular fit? +
Slim Fit is tapered for sleek look. Regular & Relaxed Fit offer more comfort.
4.2 Is white shirt see-through? +
May be slightly see-through due to lightweight cotton–linen fabric.
4.3 Should I buy regular size? +
Buy regular size for classic fit. Size up for oversized look.
4.4 Will fabric shrink? +
Fabric is pre-treated and will not shrink noticeably.
4.5 Is it wrinkle-free? +
Not wrinkle-free. Linen wrinkles naturally but is easy to iron.
4.6 Will color fade? +
No major fading. Minor bleed may occur during first wash.
4.7 What is GSM? +
Lightweight, breathable summer-friendly premium fabric.
4.8 Are buttons secure? +
Buttons are cross-stitched and extra buttons provided.
4.9 Size chart measurement? +
Size chart shows body measurements.
