1. Order

1.1 Do you have a same-day delivery service? +
Currently, we do not offer these services, but we will consider introducing them in the future. For any queries, please contact us on WhatsApp at (+91) 9406-942-520 between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (except Sundays).
1.2 How much time does delivery take? +
Orders are processed every day except holidays. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–7 working days for major cities and 7–10 working days for other locations. All orders are shipped from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
1.3 How do I cancel my order? +
Email us at thesaras.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91) 9406-948-520 with your Order ID. Cancellation is possible only before dispatch. Refunds for prepaid orders are credited in 3–5 business days. Store credit (6 months) is given in other cases.
1.4 Can I change the items in my order? +
Orders cannot be modified. We can cancel and you may place a new order. Contact us on WhatsApp (+91) 9406-948-520.
1.5 How do I use a discount code? +
Enter the voucher code on the Shopping Cart page before checkout. Codes cannot be applied after order placement.
1.6 How will I know my order is confirmed? +
You will receive an email confirmation once payment and address verification is successful.

2. Payment

2.1 What payment methods are available? +
We accept prepaid & COD orders. Payments are processed via Razorpay – cards, UPI, net banking & wallets.
2.2 How long does a refund take? +
We usually provide store credit (6 months). If prepaid order is cancelled by us, refund is credited in 3–5 working days.
2.3 Do you have Cash on Delivery? +
Yes, COD is available with ₹50 extra handling charges.

3.1 How do I return or exchange? +

3.2 Can I return after two days? +
Contact our support with product images and we will find the best solution.
3.3 How long does a return take to reach warehouse? +
It takes 10–12 business days.
